WBFF Worlds 2019 – The show was an incredible experience and location made for a fabulous "babymoon" vacation as well.
After my return to Florida, I took a couple of weeks to gather my thoughts and figure out how best to share my WBFF Worlds experience with you all. My personal fitness journey was all NPC and IFBB, so I attended the Worlds without any grand expectations. But, I have to admit, they put on one hell of a show. I was impressed with conditioning, symmetry, professionalism and overall presentation of the athletes, and the nod to fashion adds tremendous entertainment value. The show was smaller than the Olympia, but it made for a more intimate experience. They also provided a number of events and opportunities to get to know the competitors personally. As a fan of the sport, that was really cool. I give Paul & Alison Dillett and company high marks for execution. As a coach, competitor, fan of bodybuilding I encourage you to check out a WBFF show near you.
