Bikini Prep Coach welcomes IFBB Pro Dr. Harriet Davis to the team. Harriet is an Army wife, mother, and a Board Certified family practitioner in Charlotte, NC. She is an accomplished IFBB bikini competitor with several wins behind her belt. She is also a 100% Vegan Athlete!! Dr. Harriet has been living a vegan lifestyle for over 20 years, so for everyone who wonders if it’s possible to build muscle on a plant-based diet, the answer is YES and #veganbikinidoc is the proof!
Harriet obtained her pro card in 2014 at the @bevsgym NPC Universe and has been an active IFBB Bikini competitor since. Her latest win was at @tgflex IFBB San Antonio Pro Masters Bikini.
